For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- In case the product is defective, if the buyer can prove it is defective from the seller. We will provide immediate assistance to the buyer.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

We will process the returns to you at the latest after 7 working days.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We will process the refunds to you at the latest after 7 working days.
V. Cost of carriage of converted goods:
We bear the shipping fee for the returned item if the return product is defective by us. But you are responsible for shipping charges if you want to return the products.
